A 1-hour yoga base workout in combination with taichi & pilates will keep your body balanced, calm and centered. There’s music throughout the whole class which helps releasing stress, bringing focus and body awareness. Participants excperience a flow of breath and movement and maintain their well-being even at the end of the day.
