This fun filled 60 minute class consist of a variety of exercises using the Steps / light dumbbells and core focused exercises which will help get you into top shape in no time at all. A basic class is structured like:
• Warm Up: 3 ~ 5 minutes
• Boot Camp Step: 10 ~ 15 minutes
• Strength Training Intervals: 30 ~ 45 minutes
• Core Work: 10 ~ 15 minutes
• Cool Down & Stretch: 5 ~ 10 minutes
