Kick Boxing by Rob
This class will introduce basic Kick boxing techniques incorporating punching, kicking, knees and elbow combinations. Open to all levels from beginner to experienced. Classes begin with light a warm up and stretching and then moves onto pad work and light sparring. Classes usually end with some basic conditioning and finishing stretches. A good time and a good workout. All are welcome and encouraged to join. |
