Mr. Alain Nguyen – One Of Our Group Exercise Instructors will teach a new trial group exercise class called “WING CHUN” at Star Fitness every Sunday (May 12 ~ May 26,2013) 3:00pm ~ 4:15pm

 

Wing Chun / WingTsun ( also known as Snake-Crane) a concept-based Chinese martial art and form of self-defense both striking and grappling while specializing in real world, close-range combat.

We are happy to provide our "New Regular members" with some no-obligation, no-charge “Personal Training Trial Sessions” to see how it works for you. We have several personal trainers available some of them are offering “One Free Trial Personal Training Session”.
 
Please click the “Personal Trainer” tab on our website for our personal trainer profiles and you can schedule your appointments at our reception counter and any of our receptionists will arrange your booking!
